Former India hockey skipper Sardar Singh was named a member in the Standing Committee of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) during the 38th General Assembly in Bangkok in early March. The panel, of which Sardar is a member of, will have 10 members and are nominated for four years from 2019 to 2023.........
